Born in 1910 and know as the old Gibson house, this elder of the community has been beautifully restored and is truly loved by it's current owner, Margay Ferguson. When Margay was shown the home by realtor Pamela Martin, there was not too much more that need to be done... except for the exterior paint. Margay had a specific color in mind and with the help of painter Juan Alvarez they were able to bring the idea to life. Although we are not completely sure, we think the stones may have come from Pebbly Beach. The Wisteria vines in front will bloom in the spring
